Our practice was brought to existence in 2004 and bares a massive experience in Commercial and Societies Law, starting from the beginning of a company and its' registration to the Chamber of Commerce, continuing with the legal assistance through the current activities, developing commercial contracts, as well as legal representation in Romanian courts of law, legal assistance for execution procedures, dissolution / liquidating companies in front of Romanian courts of law or Chamber of Commerce, fusions, dissolutions or other modification operations to the constitutive act, as far as legal assistance through the insolvency procedure, reorganization and bankruptcy.
Giving the tenacity and the experience through the years and hard work since the beginning and up until now, demureness, harshness and flexibility represent small details that really make the difference in front of our clients.
All that ever counts at the end of the day is that, finally, our client doesn't have to feel that you made an intrusion into his life, but his satisfaction resides in positive answers and solutions in recovering commercial debts or winning cases and battles that looked hard to achieve before the "professional guy" saved the situation that was deemed to fail from the start.
